The Spanair MS-82 jet that crash at Madrid airport last month had a problem with its wing flaps, a preliminary investigation has found. The BBC has reported the crash probe as finding that the flaps had retracted prior to take off, making it harder for the plane to reach take-off speed. 154 people died in the crash.
