ANA to launch new domestic routes

All Nippon Airways (ANA) will launch two new domestic routes this summer, as well as resuming and increasing services on several other sectors.
From the onset of the northern summer schedules on 31 March 2013, the Japanese carrier will commence a new daily flight between Tokyo Narita and Hiroshima, and a twice daily service from Sapporo to Akita, in the Tohoku region of northern Japan.
Also from 31 March, ANA will resume services on three routes, with Tokyo Haneda-Ishigaki, Nagasaki-Okinawa and Kumamoto-Okinawa all getting one daily flight each.
Taking advantage of additional slot allocations at Haneda, ANA will also add extra frequencies from the Tokyo hub to several destinations, including Sapporo (+1 to 18 daily flights), Hakodate (+1 to three), Fukuoka (+1 to 19), Kobe (+1 to three), Kochi (+1 to five) and Yamaguchi Abe (+1 to six).
Three domestic routes will be suspended however. The triple daily Kobe-Okinawa flights will cease operating from 1 June 2013, while the Osaka-Wakkanai, Nagoya-Wakkanai and Okayama-Sapporo will be suspended for the summer season.
