Australia’s Argyle Hotel Group (AHG) has continued ita rapid expansion in China with the launch of its 60th hotel in the country.
The new property will be located in the tourist town of Dali, Yunnan province, and will feature 200 rooms, Chinese and Western F&B options and meeting space. Located next to Erhai Lake, the Argyle Hotel Dali is expected to be popular with both domestic and international visitors.
“We are thrilled to be entering the hotel market in Dali, the area offers international and domestic tourists a truly unique experience. We are proud to be a part of Yunnan’s thriving tourism industry; Argyle Hotel Dali marks our fifth property in the province,” said Kevin Zhang, CEO of AHG China.
Argyle’s portfolio in China now stands at 60 hotels and comprises 12,242 rooms, under the Argyle, Arygle Grand, Arygle Resort, Arygle Boutique and Ausotel brands.
The company also recently launched its Ausotel Smart concept in China, with a new property in Guangzhou.
