India’s Foreign Tourist Arrivals (FTAs) grew 3.2% in May 2013 as compared to the May 2012.
The country received 0.38 million tourists as compared to FTAs of 0.37 lakh during May 2012. Between January to May 2013, India has received 2.86 million tourists with a growth of 2.1%, while during the same period in 2012, the country recorded 2.80 million visitors.
The country’s Foreign Exchange Earnings (FEEs) recorded a 9.5% growth last month as compared to 10.2% in May 2012.
