Aston International has started work on its first Quest Hotel in the Indonesian city of Solo.
Being developed by PT Kaloka Land Hotel & Resort, the 180-room Quest Hotel Solo will be a three-star hotel targeting, according to Aston, “younger and more style-oriented and technology-savvy business travellers”.
The hotel will include a swimming pool, spa and gym plus a conference centre with several meeting rooms and one of Solo’s largest ballrooms.
“Solo is a perfect match for Quest which aims to offer a somewhat unusual an aesthetically pleasing mid-market hotel experience. Our other Central Javanese Quest, the Quest Hotel Semarang, is one of the most popular hotels in the region enjoying occupancy levels of well above 90% and we are confident that the Quest Solo will be equally received,” said Aston’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Norbert Vas.
Aston currently operates four Quest Hotels in Semarang, Bali and Cebu, but has plans to launch the brand in Surabaya and Yogyakarta, as well as expanding in Bali.
