Bangkok Airways goes with Airbus
Bangkok Airways has sealed a US$700-million deal for six A350-XWBs with Airbus.
Bangkok Post reported that the airline’s chief executive and founder Prasert Prasarttong-Osoth confirmed the deals, setting the stage for Bangkok Airways to become a long-haul operator.
The agreement involves a firm order for four A350-XWBs and an option for two others, for delivery between 2015 and 2017 of two units each year.
