Bangkok Airways to fly to Sub-Continent

Bangkok Airways will launch flights connecting two destinations in South Asia from March 2011. The Thai carrier will open flights linking Bangkok with Mumbai from 2 March next year, and services to the Bangladeshi capital, Dhaka, will start on 27 March. While the airline was unable to specify exact frequencies and aircraft type, it has been reported that the Mumbai route will be operates with six weekly Airbus A319 flights, while Dhaka will be served daily using an A320.
