BBC Worldwide announced its partnership with Gulf Air. The partnership is the launch of a BBC-branded channel featuring factual and non-fiction content.
The new content will be available through the airline’s ‘Skyhub’ inflight entertainment system. The new channel will be rolling out across the airline’s fleet of 26 aircraft soon.
BBC Worldwide’s director of travel & special markets, Zina Neophytou said: “We welcome opportunities to build partnerships in the travel arena to create bespoke channel environments.”
The programs available on Gulf Air will include Africa, Space Dive and international favourite – Top Gear.
