Best Western has launched a new hotel in central Jakarta.
The Best Western Grand Palace Kemayoran is set in a grand four-storey building in the city’s Kelapa Gading area, featuring a white pillared entrance topped with arches.
The hotel’s 156 rooms, including 13 suites, all offer private balconies and come equipped with such amenities as work desks, LED TVs, minibars, rain showers and free Wi-Fi.
There is also an outdoor lagoon-style swimming pool, a spa, restaurant, cake shop and a top floor sky lounge, along with five meeting rooms and a 300-pax capacity ballroom.
“Best Western Grand Palace Kemayoran marks a real milestone in our rapid recent Indonesian expansion,” said Glenn de Souza, the company’s vice president of international operations for Asia & Middle East.
“With an ideal central location and incredible array of facilities for both business and leisure guests, I am confident this grand hotel will be a fantastic addition to Best Western’s portfolio in Jakarta,” he added.
Best Western Grand Palace Kemayoran becomes the fourth Best Western hotel in Jakarta, and the third new hotel to have opened in the past six months. And this expansion is set to continue, with at least three more hotels in Best Western’s Jakarta pipeline.
