Best Western has continued its Asian expansion with the launch of a new upscale hotel in Bangkok.
Located on the city’s Sukhumvit Soi 1, the new 145-room Best Western Premier Sukhumvit is situated close to BTS Skytrain station network and major shopping malls such as CentralWorld and Gaysorn Plaza. It is also located close to the Bumrungrad International Hospital.
Hotel facilities including an outdoor rooftop swimming pool, complimentary Wi-Fi, a business centre, restaurant, wine lounge, rooftop poolside bar, and a meeting room capable of holding 40 people.
Glenn de Souza, Best Western’s Vice President International Operations for Asia & the Middle East said he hoped the new property would “cater a new wave of business and leisure tourists” in Bangkok.
Best Western Premier Sukhumvit becomes the group’s 14th hotel in Thailand and its fifth in Bangkok alone. In total, Best Western now offers a total of 600 rooms in the Thai capital across all three of its brands – Best Western, Best Western Plus and Best Western Premier.
