Best Western has launched another new hotel in Bangkok.
The Best Western Klassique Sukhumvit becomes the company’s seventh property in the Thai capital, and the third new opening of 2012.
Located close to On Nut BTS Skytrain station, the new hotel features 42 rooms, ranging from 23-46m², all including flat-screen televisions, work desks and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also offers an on-site restaurant, Café @ Klassique.
“Bangkok has always been one of Asia’s most sought-after destinations, but the fact that we now offer seven different hotels in the city is a testament to its unwavering popularity,” said Glenn de Souza, Best Western’s Vice President of International Operations for Asia & the Middle East.
“The launch of the Best Western Klassique Sukhumvit further cements our strong and diverse portfolio in the Thai capital, adding a modern, boutique option in an exciting, upcoming district of Bangkok. We are confident it will prove hugely popular with both business and leisure guests,” he added.
So far this year Best Western, which has its Asian headquartered in Bangkok, has added two new hotels in the city: the 145-room BEST WESTERN PREMIER Sukhumvit and 265-room BEST WESTERN PLUS Grand Howard. The addition of Best Western Klassique Sukhumvit expands the group’s citywide portfolio to seven hotels comprising more than 900 rooms. This is expected to increase to 10 hotels in Bangkok with more than 1,300 rooms in the near future.
