Best Western Hotels & Resorts will make its debut in Indonesia’s third largest city, Bandung, with the launch of a brand new upscale hotel.
Opening on 1 December 2015, Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel is located in the city centre and offers 193 rooms and suites, all equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. There is also an executive lounge for guests staying in the hotel’s premium rooms and suites.
Facilities at the property include a restaurant, spa, heated swimming pool and fitness centre, plus eight meeting rooms.
“Indonesia is one of the world’s most exciting emerging markets, and as the country’s third largest city, Bandung is becoming a major hub for domestic and international business and leisure travel,” said Olivier Berrivin, Best Western’s managing director of international operations for Asia.
“In recent years Best Western has made excellent progress with our Indonesian expansion strategy, opening modern, international hotels in key destinations across the country.
“The launch of our debut hotel in Bandung marks a major milestone for our company, and for the city, and I am delighted to be able to introduce the city’s rising number of travellers to our most prestigious hotel concept, Best Western Premier,” he added.
Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel becomes the 16th Best Western hotel in Indonesia, in a portfolio that now covers nine destinations: Bali, Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Surakarta, Makassar, Malang, Pontianak and Bogor. It also becomes the country’s fifth Best Western Premier hotel.
