Best Western Great Britain is celebrating almost half of the brand’s properties having received TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence awards, including all the new soft branded BW Premier Collection hotels for 4 star properties and above.
Rob Payne, CEO of Best Western Great Britain said: “Over the last three years Best Western’s hotels in Great Britain have collectively doubled our NPS score, and we are now enjoying our highest levels of customer satisfaction on record. We are working hard alongside our hotel investors and owners to continue the good work they are doing in raising hotel standards and guest experiences and the TripAdvisor news today shows that our commitment to changing perceptions of Best Western is working.
Properties having received the 2016 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence include hotels across all of Best Western Great Britain’s brands; 83 winners are Best Western Hotels, 34 Best Western Plus, and four Best Western Premier Hotels. All seven BW Premier Collection hotels were recognised.
