Best Western Great Britain has strengthened its senior management team by appointing Mirelle Maunder-Brown director of Hotel Services.
Mirelle brings more than 20 years’ industry experience to the role, having previously been director of Sales at Hilton and the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.
Heading up the Hotel Services Division – including responsibility for Rent-A-Revenue-Manager service, Hotel Development and Quality Assurance – Mirelle will ensure that member hotels are provided with continued opportunities to optimise revenue and to grow their businesses with Best Western.
Maunder-Brown said: “I see great opportunities for Best Western building on the investments made by owners and investors in recent years. The brand is changing and it’s an exciting time to join. We will continue to improve brand standards and the portfolio of hotels, whilst also capitalising on each hotel’s unique offering and independence; something that differentiates us from our competitors.”
Maunder-Brown joins Tim Przybysz in the senior management team, who was recently appointed director of Commercial Services.
