Best Western International has signed its first eco-residences in Malaysia. Located in Ipoh, around a lake on the fringe of a forest, The Haven Lakeside Residences consists of three blocks of luxury condominium units. The project will be completed in 2013, when it will include a jogging tracks, tree-lined paths, a club house equipped with gymnasium, sauna, restaurant, rooftop bar, a 60-metre pool, children’s playground and parking facilities.

Situated within the state of Perak, in the northern part of Peninsular Malaysia, Ipoh located in the Kinta Valley and surrounded by limestone hills. Ipoh is served by direct flight from Singapore and tourists can also reach Ipoh overland from Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Penang.
