Best Western and Virgin Atlantic have signed a global partnership deal to combine their loyalty programmes. The scheme allows Best Western loyalty scheme members to gain free flights by collecting Virgin Atlantic air miles when they stay at a hotel.”The partnership between Best Western and Virgin Atlantic is a great strategic fit with the personality of both brands working well together,” said Keith Pope, director of Best Western. “We worked on the deal in the British office based in York and thanks to the dedication of the team involved we have seen the partnership develop to a global scale with all international offices partaking in the scheme.” To celebrate the partnership, Tim Wade, head of marketing at Best Western and five members of staff from its Queen Hotel in Chester recreated Virgin’s 25th anniversary advert.
