British Midland International (bmi) has launched a new website specifically catering to its Russian customers. The website aims to make it easier for customers to book in their language of choice.
New features include fast online booking, details of the onboard and on-the-ground experience such as chauffeur drive information and facilities including The Great British Lounge at London Heathrow. “bmi is strongly committed to providing the best service for its customers and we are delighted to launch this informative website for the Russian market,” said the airline’s General Manager Tamarah Khatib. “It will make booking bmi flights between London and Moscow even easier.”
bmi flies up to four times daily between London Heathrow (LHR) and Moscow Domodedovo (DME) in conjunction with partner airline Transaero.
