Buddha-Bar Beach is set to open later this year at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi, bringing Pan-Asian cuisine, cocktails, and music to the UAE capital.
The destination will be the fourth of its kind in the world and the first one to feature as a permanent destination. Seasonal venues appeared this summer in Baku and on Santorini and Mykonos. The first Buddha-Bar opened in Paris in 1996.
Buddha-Bar Beach features mixologists who concoct cocktails; Japanese, Thai, and Mediterranean cuisine and the signature Buddha-Bar DJs.
Marwan Fadel, hotel manager of The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi, said: “We are really proud to bring Buddha-Bar Beach concept to Abu Dhabi. The new exotic concept will go beyond expectations, offering signature sounds and fabulous food in a stunning setting with world-class beach and pool facilities.
“It is an enticing proposition for sophisticated guests and residents who love fine dining, music, and modern design.”
Nabil Souhail, vice president-business development & operations for the Middle East, Africa and Asia at Buddha-Bar, added:“Renowned for its exhilarating fusion of adventurous food, exotic interiors, and signature Buddha-Bar music, the venue is sure to become the most exciting lifestyle destination Abu Dhabi has seen for some time.”
