Luxury tour operator Carrier has rolled out a new system integrating both its sales and management processes using Dolphin Dynamics.
The new system will be operational by August and allow Carrier staff to increase the speed at which they get a quote to agents.
The company has implemented a series of changes over the last 18 months, which have led to growth of 20% year-on-year.
Steve Kimber, managing director at Carrier said: “Without a doubt, excellent service remains the most important factor in luxury travel. The new system will enable our team to spend more time providing personal advice and expertise for our clients and customers. We look forward to delivering even better service and continued growth at Carrier on the back of this strategic technology move”.
Roberto Da Re, CEO at Dolphin Dynamics added, “We are very pleased Carrier has selected Dolphin Dynamics as its technology partner. The inherent flexibility of Dolphin makes it particularly well-suited to tailor-made travel companies wishing to provide the best possible levels of customer service whilst reaping considerable operational benefits through Dolphin’s advanced automation tools”.
