Cebu Pacific (CEB) will operate international flights out of Clark’s Diosdado Macapagal International Airport from 8 November, the Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation has reported.
CEB will base an Airbus A319 at Clark and will operate daily flights from Clark to Hong Kong and Singapore, four times weekly to Macau, and three times weekly to Bangkok. The airline will also operate its domestic daily Cebu-Clark flights as of 1 October. CEB is the only Philippine carrier to operate international flights out of Clark.
The airline’s President and CEO, Lance Y. Gokongwei, said; “Clark is the gateway for central and northern Luzon and CEB’s fourth operational hub. With aircraft based in Clark, Manila, Cebu and Davao, we can now offer the convenience of flying at affordable fares to every Juan across the Philippine archipelago.”
The new international services are introduced with a zero fare in a seat sale running from 4-10 September, valid for travel from 8 November to 17 December.
