Celebrity Cruises has revealed that its new Solstice Class ships will feature new accommodation, dining venues and relaxation areas. A deck of 34 Aquaclass Suites will be fitted on Celebrity Reflection, as well as an additional eight Sky Suites, 19 extra Concierge Class rooms and 11 inside staterooms. “We’re widening the ship slightly, enabling us to introduce each of these exceptional new venues without compromising the Celebrity Cruises’ premium space ratio and lauded traffic flow,” explained Dan Hanrahan, president and CEO of Celebrity Cruises. As a result, the ship will also have extra loungers, theatre seats and restaurant seats. In addition, Reflection and Silhouette will have new dining outlets and relaxation areas, including The Lawn Club Grill and a casual breakfast and lunch restaurant named The Porch. Art classes and demonstrations will be available through The Art Studio and there are eight cabanas available to hire. This area, named The Alcoves, will offer WiFi, themed picnic baskets and hammocks. The ships’ Michael’s Club bars are also set to be restyled and tree-house inspired The Hideaway will also be opened.
