Tourism executives from the Central Coast of Vietnam (CCV) are pushing to have air links established between Danang and Bangkok.
The area has already seen flights established to both Seoul and Siem Reap with Vietnam Airlines; as well as Hong Kong and Shanghai, by Dragonair and Shanghai Airlines respectively.
“The Central Coast has never been as accessible as it is right now,” said Louk Lennaerts, chairman of Central Coast Vietnam (CCV).”But Danang’s new airport has the capacity to handle more traffic, and we’re working to open those runways.”
The move into Bangkok will be stated when a delegation of officials conduct a roadshow in the country, later this month.
