Chelsea FC arrive in Malaysia

The English football team, Chelsea FC arrived at KL International Airport (KLIA) today, on a chartered Malaysia Airlines (MAS) flight from London Gatwick airport.
MAS is the official air charter carrier for the Chelsea FC’s Asia Tour 2011, and will fly the squad to Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hong Kong and back to London for a series of pre-season matches. Chelsea FC’s technical team and its players will also conduct a soccer clinic for local children on 20 July 2011.
Chelsea will take on the national team, Tigers of Malaya, at Bukit Jalil Stadium, Kuala Lumpur on 21 July 2011. Other high profile English teams, Livepool and Arsenal, are also currently touring Asia. Liverpool beat a Malaysia team 6-3 on Saturday, while Arsenal drew 1-1 with Hangzhou Greentown.
