Chennai’s city roads are all set for a major makeover, with the Chennai Corporation planning to install nearly 1,083 retro reflective street name boards in a fortnight. Times of India said as part of its city beautification plan, the local body has planned to introduce uniform traffic signage, new gantries with retro-reflective display boards and new boards in the existing gantries at an estimated cost of INR 60 crore.
