China Airlines’ recent cabin crew recruitment drive attracted more than 4,000 applicants. Unfortunately for the hopeful applicants, only 2.5% will be successful with just 100 positions available.
The Taiwanese airline conducted a 15-day online campaign to attract potential flight attendants. Following a first round over interviews conducted last week, the airline will announce a shortlist of candidates on its website from 25 October. A second round of interviews and aptitude tests will follow.
China Airlines is also recruiting other air and ground crew, including pilots, engineers and office staff as it expands its operations.
