China Eastern leads Q2 growth

Figures released by the Civil Aviation Administration of China show that domestic airlines carried 139 million passengers in H1 2011, a 9.8% yoy increase.
Passenger volumes at China Eastern Airlines outpaced the industry as a whole, rising 10.2% to 33 million, according to the Shanghai Daily. Passenger volumes at China Southern Airlines rose 6.1% to 38.44 million, while Air China saw volumes rise 7.4% to 23.74 million passengers.
