China’s northerly Heilongjiang province will build a new park to commemorate the notorious Germ Warfare Experimental Base 731, used by the Japanese in World War 2. According to a Shanghai Daily report, the park will be located at the base’s ruins in the Pingfang district of Harbin City. The site is already home to a museum with photos and exhibits of the horrors that occurred there.
