China Southern buys 10 B777s
China Southern Airlines has agreed to buy 10 Boeing 777-300ERs.
The order will cost approximately US$2.98 billion at list prices, and deliveries are expected to run from 2013 to 2016.
“We’re very pleased that China Southern, which has been a staunch 777 supporter from the very beginning of the programme, has once again selected the 777-300ER to serve its passengers and to deliver value to its bottom line,” said Ihssane Mounir, Vice President of Sales at Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
The B777-300ER carries up to 365 passengers, flying at a range of 14,685km.
