Chinese delegates in Delhi to boost tourism

Beijing has sought greater ties with Delhi in the field of tourism. Vice Mayor of Beijing, Ding Xiangyang, lead a nine -member delegation on a visit to the Indian Capital where they met Lt Governor of Delhi Tejender Khanna and Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit. Their mission was to improve the relationship between the two cities in tourism, urban development and social security.
Khanna emphasised the need to strengthen the common bonds between India and China and for the two rising nations to work together.
