Citymax Hotels to add 700 rooms in the UAE by 2017

Citymax Hotels recently announced plans for three new projects under development in the UAE, all scheduled for completion by 2017. All three new hotels will offer a roof top pool, bar and sun deck. Room interiors are currently under design.
“With mid-market hotel development high on the agenda for both government and private sectors in the UAE, Citymax Hotels is currently expanding its business model within the UAE with plans to reach out into the GCC in the next few years,” said COO Russel Sharpe.
Citymax Hotels Al Barsha will be welcoming a new tower by 2016 which will feature 120 rooms with City Cafe – the all day dining restaurant concept. The next to open will be Citymax Hotels Ras Al Khaimah. The hotel will cater to both business and leisure travellers.
By 2017, the new property in Business Bay will offer three restaurants and bars plus meeting rooms and extensive banqueting facilities, Citymax Hotels Business Bay will set new standards within the budget hotel category.
