UK TMC Corporate Traveller has unveiled VelöCT, a range of technology touch points which enables clients and importantly travellers, to consume Corporate Traveller products and services across multiple channels.
Corporate Traveller says VelöCT has been designed primarily with business travellers in mind, although elements have also been created to streamline and enhance the travel booking and management process. Integral to the development of VelöCT was the principle that clients could simply adopt one or combine multiple integrated VelöCT features, depending on their set-up.
The other fundamental requirement was for the technology to blend seamlessly with offline Travel Experts and make the booking process as swift as possible.
Initially comprising mobile applications, a profile management platform and online booking tools, VelöCT allows fast, accurate and personalised responses to requests. Whether a booking starts online or offline, users can confirm, amend or cancel either through the application or by contacting an account manager directly.
