Cotswold House Hotel & Spa, which is part of the Bespoke Hotels collection, has announced that it will be hosting two Michelin star chef Martin Blunos for an evening of fine dining on Saturday 8 October.
Cotswold House Hotel has recently undergone a £1 million refurbishment which includes a full renovation of their restaurant, bistro and bedrooms. The recently refurbished hotel invites guests to enjoy an exclusive evening of food, wine and guest speakers.
Upon arrival guests will be greeted with drinks and canapes before sitting down for a four course dinner with wine flight. All of the dishes will be cooked and prepared by two Michelin star guest chef Martin Blunos alongside Cotswold House’s own chef, Pasquale Russo.
Craig Webb, general manager of Cotswold House Hotel & Spa commented: “It’s an honour to have a double Michelin star chef making an appearance at our hotel. We’re thrilled he can offer our guests this exclusive evening and we’re looking forward to finally meeting him in person”.
During the night there will also be a question and answer session with Martin Blunos inviting diners to ask him about his time as a guest chef on Saturday Kitchen, cooking for the Queen, and running a two Michelin Star restaurant.
Craig concludes, “The hotels refurbishment has enabled us to host this fantastic evening and we’re confident that it will be a great success. We cannot wait to sample some of Martin’s dishes and hear about his previous projects in the Q&A session.”
The Martin Blunos dinner takes place on Saturday 8th October and tickets cost £75 per person.
