Creator Mail adds TUI

eCRM specialist, CreatorMail, has added the TUI Specialist Division to its contract with the travel giant, TUI (UK) Ltd. The holiday brands, which include Thomson Tailormade, Hayes and Jarvis, Citalia, Sovereign, Meon Villas and Jetsave, have moved from incumbent suppliers to CreatorMail following their long term relationship with Thomson and First Choice. Two additional TUI brands, Austravel and Travelmood, also join the Specialist Division following business reorganisation.The move will see the Specialist Division migrating to a CreatorMail digital eCRM platform for customer interaction and sales promotion. The tailored software solution will allow the generation of personalised mailings responding to customers’ online behaviour that drive holiday promotions and sales. Using consumer analytics, ‘in programme’ consumer behaviour is used to influence next holiday purchases.
