CroisiEurope acquires Mekong River Cruise Company

CroisiEurope has bought out the Mekong River Cruise Company, adding four vessels to its fleet.
France-based CroisiEurope has chartered Mekong River Cruise Company’s RV Indochine vessel for the last four years but will now own the riverboat along with the RV Lan Diep, RV Tioum Tou 1 and RV Tioum Tou 2.
The company will retain is original name ‘Compagnie Fluviale du Mekong’ with ‘by CroisiEurope’ added.
The four-star riverboats will continue their current itineraries from Siem Reap to Saigon via Phnom Penh from August to April.
Two additional vessels are also due to undergo construction in Vietnam to join the fleet.
