Norwegian launches 2013/14 brochure
Norwegian Cruise Line has launched its worldwide 2013/14 brochure including cruises onboard Norwegian Breakaway. The new ship will debut with voyages to Bermuda, Florida and the Bahamas as well as south Caribbean from New York. Meanwhile, four of its ships will be deployed in Europe,, with more capacity to the Baltics. Customers can save up to £500 per stateroom on bookings made until 31 July 2012 on all six-night or more itineraries. “We know how important it is for agents to encourage forward bookings which is why we have created this launch offer,” said Francis Riley, vice president and general manager international at Norwegian.
CMV unveils summer sale brochure
Cruise & Maritime Voyages (CMV) has unveiled an online summer sale brochure to display its latest deals. Michelle Daniels, sales manager at CMV said the mini-brochure is a “valuable sales tool” as agents can see what is still available, prices and savings. Its low saver fares have been extended to 31 July 2012 with upgrade offers available.
Royal Caribbean issues 2013-2014 worldwide brochure
Royal Caribbean International has highlighted its 25 new itineraries available from Southampton and newly-refurbished European fleet in its new 2013/14 brochure. The line will operate nine ships in Europe with brand new ports including Tunis (Tunisia), Thorshavn (Faroe Islands) and Lerwick (Shetland-Scotland) and a return of Panama Canal cruises . “The new worldwide brochure is a fantastic one-stop-shop for our trade partners and really underlines the amazing breadth of coverage that Royal Caribbean offers. Our ships operate in every corner of the globe and there are cruise options suitable for al tastes and budgets,” said Jo Rzymowska, associate vice president and general manager UK and Ireland at RCI.
Hurtigruten aims to double winter business
Hurtigruten has set targets to double its winter business in the following season as it launches its new brochure. The cruise line has added more dedicated Northern Lights itineraries and twice the number of charter departures, with 10 new dates from October to December. Charter packages are available for the Arctic Highlights Voyage and Classic Round Voyage, with new flights added from Bristol and Belfast. “We are yet again seeing an enormous demand from customers who want to experience the Northern Lights this winter, which shows no sign of decreasing. By doubling the number of charter departures we anticipate doubling our winter business and so far signs show we are on track to do this,” said Kathryn Beadle, managing director at Hurtigruten UK. She added that increased competition in the market has also pushed the line to boost its product.
