Crystal Serenity to receive two-week makeover

Crystal Cruises will be spending more than US$25 million on a major redesign of its cruise liner, Crystal Serenity.
More than 400 expert technicians, working round the clock for just 14 days, will redesign the ship’s 531 Deluxe Staterooms, Penthouses and Penthouses Suites, as well as its retail areas and outdoor pool deck during the 8-22 May drydock session in Hamburg.
“In the past two years, we have invested well over US$50 million in our ships,” said Gregg Michel, President of Crystal Cruises. “Our guests can look forward to dazzling new spaces, which will serve as a stunning backdrop to the incomparable service and choices that always characterises a Crystal vacation.”
