DAMAC Properties recently expanded its hospitality offering with addition of three new serviced hotel apartments in the Burj Area. The new developments are Cour Jardin and Captial Bay which will open in the next couple of months while Canal Views is now open for business.
Ziad El Chaar, managing director at DAMAC Properties said: “We currently have more than 10,000 serviced hotel apartments in development, all of which will be delivered by 2018. This will position the company as one of the largest hotel apartment operators and developers in the region.”
