Delta Air Lines has partnered with YOTEL at Heathrow’s Terminal 4 to provide arrivals facilities for premium passengers. The lounge is available to Delta, Air France and KLM passengers travelling in BusinessElite on Delta-operated flights, as well as Diamond and Platinum SkyMiles Medallion members and Flying Blue elite members. Effective now, eligible travellers arriving into London Heathrow on Delta flights from Atlanta, New York-JFK, Minneapolis or Detroit, will be able to freshen up in one of YOTEL’s cabins. These all feature a bathroom with monsoon rain shower, a dedicated work area with free WiFi, a flat screen TV, and rest area with handmade organic beds. YOTEL is situated in the arrivals area of Terminal 4 on the mezzanine level. “We’re already offering a good night’s sleep to London thanks to our full flat bed seats, but our premium travellers expect the convenience of an arrivals facility after a long-haul flight,” commented Armin Venencie, Delta’s regional sales director for the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia. “Our partnership with YOTEL offers passengers a convenient, private and comfortable space to change before an important meeting, or freshen up before getting on the road.”
