DP, Hilton Worldwide announce new Dubai property

Dubai Properties (DP) and Hilton Worldwide recently inked a management agreement to build a DoubleTree by Hilton at Bay Square development.
The 238-room DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Business Bay will cater to increasing number of business and leisure travellers.
Mohammed Al Habbai, chief officer of urban planning and infrastructure at Dubai Properties Group said: “Our portfolio is growing and this new launch is part of a suite of hotels DP will develop in strategic locations in Dubai.”
This is the second hotel announced by DP in recent months, following the new Anantara hotel in the Culture Village district.
The hotel is expected to open in early 2017 and will offer a health club, swimming pool, business centre and four multi-function boardrooms.
