Drukair to boost Indian network

Drukair, the national carrier of Bhutan, will increase its services to Delhi and Kolkata from next month. As of 15 May, Delhi will be served five times a week from the Bhutanese capital, Thimpu – up from the present four weekly services. The Thimpu-Kolkata route meanwhile will rise from thrice weekly to daily flights. TD’s Anil Mathur also reported that the carrier is hoping to expand its network in India with the planned launch of services to Mumbai and Bengaluru.
