Bangkok: With its eight award-winning restaurants, Dusit Thani Bangkok has by itself, built a reputation as a fine dining destination. This October, the hotel is out to reaffirm this again when it holds the “All Senses – A Gastronomic Odyssey” at the hotel’s D’Sens French Restaurant and various venues such as French Twists Party at MyBar and special French Pastry at Dusit Gourmet during October 6-11.
The grand week of French culinary celebration pits the talents of several internationally renowned gourmet chefs, such as Chef Jacques & Laurent Pourcel owner-chefs of the 2-Michelin Starred Le Jardin des Sens in Montpellier, France with some of the hotel’s leading talents such as Chef Erwin Eberharter, Chef Philippe Keller, Chef Julien Lavigne, and Chef Slawek Golaszewski. As if these top chefs were not enough, award-winning Japanese French Chef Kotaro Hasegawa of Sens & Saveurs, Japan, and a top French sommelier Yannis Kherachi are coming in as special guests.
“‘All Senses – is destined to be the biggest event of its kind in Bangkok in recent memory. Guests can expect more than just fabulous lunches and dinners by fabulous international chefs,” says Thomas Deledalle, D’Sens Restaurant Manager of Dusit Thani Bangkok. “If you can be in Bangkok at this period, don’t miss this event!”
“Besides the series of wonderful gourmet lunches and dinners during the week-long event, there will also be cooking demonstrations, wine tasting and high tea sessions, pastry demonstrations, and even a special ‘La Mer Beauty Workshop & Taste of Beauty Lunch’ among others,” added Erwin Eberharter, the hotel’s Executive Chef and Corporate Executive Chef for Dusit International. “And all these will be highlighted by a truly grand gala dinner featuring an exquisite menu jointly prepared by all participating chefs!”
“Dusit Thani Bangkok is one of the few hotels in Thailand that I know, is always seeking out novelty ways to keep its customers mesmerized with special food promotions and also giving them to a chance to savour award winning creations from acclaimed chefs worldwide but at economical rates. The D’Sens Restaurant is the only French Restaurant in Thailand that has the best exquisite selections at rates that I find unbelievingly reasonable. It’s truly the “Ambassador of French Cuisine” in Thailand. It’s for these reasons that PR Express is participating as a sponsor in this yet another exclusive gourmet event that is not to be missed” Dato Dr A P Nikhil, Executive Director, PR Express & Express Group.
