Emaar Lombok plan still alive?

Reports of Emaar’s withdrawal from a US$600 million tourism project in Lombok, as published by Travel Daily Asia last week, may have been premature. According to a new report from Bali Discovery.com, The Jakarta Globe, which originally published the story, has retracted earlier reports, and said that neither Emaar Indonesia nor its Dubai office have definite plans quit the Lombok project.
Emaar had reportedly withdrawn from the project citing bureaucratic difficulties.
