Emirates to launch two new US routes

Emirates has unveiled plans to expand its services to the US, with the launch of daily services to Seattle and Dallas. Both Dallas-Fort Worth and Seattle-Tacoma airports will both be served by direct flights from Dubai, commencing on 2 February and 1 March 2012 respectively.
“These new services emphasise Emirates’ confidence in, and long-term commitment to, the United States,” said HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed al Maktoum, Chairman & Chief Executive, Emirates Airline & Group. “With six gateways offering convenient connectivity from points across the country, customers travelling to and from the US will find it easier than ever to access our vast global network.”
The Dubai-Dallas service will leave Dubai daily at 0245, arriving in Texas hub at 0905. The return leg leaves Dallas at 1150, arriving back at Dubai International Airport at 1220 the following day. The Seattle service meanwhile, will depart Dubai daily at 0950 and arrive in the northwest city at 1310. The return service will leave Seattle at 1710, arriving in Dubai at 1940 the following day. Both services will be operated using a three-class Boeing 777 aircraft, with First, Business and Economy Class seats.
The new destinations will expand Emirates US network to six cities, following New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Houston.
