Emirates YOO quadruples its inventory

Kuoni Group’s interactive online travel resource – Emirates YOO – has quadrupled its inventory offering. The portal is looking to add flights and car rentals to its growing portfolio. In addition, the company is also developing a mobile / tablet app for customers to download and easily book / manage their holidays that will be launched next month.
Girma Wossenseged, managing director said: “At the moment, we offer 244 hotels, tours and activities, packaged holidays and airport to hotel transfers. We expanded our inventory by tapping into different distribution channels. Most importantly, it offers travellers information on local attractions, hotels, shops, restaurants, last-minute deals and promotions.”
Between May and July 2013 Emirates YOO saw an increase of over 100% in hotel bookings. Girma revealed: “Since the launch, our daily unique visitors have increased by 200%. The site’s current top excursion is Burj Khalifa. Extremely popular are also Dubai stopover packages.”
