Al Bustan Centre and Residence recently conducted an employment satisfaction survey (ESS) for all its employees.
This initiative was conducted with the aim of gaining valuable information in boosting the hotel staff’s performance.
Hotel employees gave feedback to their colleagues assessing each other’s knowledge and understanding on hotel operation, gauging satisfaction level in their current emoluments, benefits, morale, organization communication and other work-related issues.
Conducted for two days, employees answered the annual survey translated in more than seven languages including Arabic, Tagalog, Malayalam, Telagu, Urdu, Hindi, and Sihalese. The ESS was composed of nine organizational dimensions: organizational morale, job satisfaction, human resources support, organizational communications, organizational leadership, workplace conditions, pay and benefits, internal cooperation, and customer service.
