Etihad adds four extra Sydney flights

Etihad Airways has added an extra four weekly services from its Abu Dhabi home to Sydney. The UAE’s national carrier will now offer 11 weekly services as part of its growth plans for Australia, which also includes new Melbourne services launching in March 2009.
James Hogan, Etihad Airways’ Chief Executive, said; “Sydney has been one of Etihad’s most successful route launches in our five-year history and is a hugely important destination in our global network.”
Etihad operates its new Airbus A340-600 on the Sydney route.
