Etihad Airways recently inked a deal with CIRTA Electro Mechanical and Maintenance.
The agreement was signed for AED eight million that will see CIRTA develop customised software for the airline’s cabin crew transport system.
The agreement was signed in Abu Dhabi by Robert Webb, Etihad Airways’ chief information & technology officer, and Abdulla Al Shammari, chief executive officer of CIRTA Electro Mechanical and Maintenance.
Webb said: “CIRTA’s software will be tailored to the airline’s unique specifications and will significantly improve crew transportation routes for travel to Abu Dhabi airport. This will increase efficiency in transport management system and decrease number of buses needed.”
