With this in mind we are currently investing heavily in the Global CRM space and are looking for a CRM Marketing manager to join our existing team.
The Role:
AS CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer loyalty and retention through the delivery of targeted email and direct marketing campaigns, ensuring that, when it comes to the customer journey, every decision is considered from a customer’s perspective. You also play a vital role in aiding the creation of a retention strategy and shaping the journey across the full customer lifecycle. This role will be joining a global CRM structure, with one direct report and a highly specialised CRM Agency.
Proficient in handling complex customer data (Travel preferable)
Has experience in designing emails and customer journeys and working with ESPs and MAPs
Solid experience in demonstrating ability to analyse data and presenting findings and recommendations
Excellent copy writing skills and attention to detail
Project Management Experience across marketing and digital projects
Skilled in Photoshop (or alternative photo manipulation software)
Experience in briefing managing data agencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels
High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change and pressured work environment
What we require:
Min 4 years’ experience in a CRM role (to include execution of complex email marketing campaigns across customer journey)
Experience in Travel is beneficial
Marketing Degree (preferred but not essential)
