We are seeking a talented support manager to lead our data support team. You will be responsible for leading a team that oversees the collection and quality control of data from our internal business units globally.
As the data support team manager, you should have a background in assessing data quality, organizing the collection of data and servicing the internal business. The position requires a problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals.
In this role, you will work closely with our Global Product Owner for Data to organize the ongoing collection of data across our equity and partner business units. It will also require you to act as the escalation point person for all critical data issues.
Responsibilities:
Prioritize incoming support cases
Analyze client data to identify issues before they are released into production
Identify and implement improvements and communicate feedback to the leadership team
Organize and track the loading of data across multiple business units
Conduct regular 1:1’s with team members and provide effective feedback for continuous improvement
Maintain technical knowledgebase for the support team as well as the business
Develop practical SLA’s using reports and data analysis
Requirements:
2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Effective communication skills
Clear analytical thinker
Support of SLA’s
Experience with support ticketing tools similar to Zendesk, Service Now or Freshdesk
Surface level knowledge with Azure DevOps or Jira
Basic understanding of relational databases
T-SQL or SQL
Salesforce or similar CRM
Understanding of ETL (Extract Transform & Load)
Power BI or similar BI stack is a plus
Effective level zero support is a plus
Global support management is a plus
