Job Description
Job Purpose:
Operations Coordinators will play a key role in supporting the Group Networks on all operational needs.
Coordinator will work with sales consultants to minimize risk, streamline processes, and create innovative solutions to everyday problems. Accuracy of hotel contracts, creating room agreements and creating and maintaining customer websites using Groups platforms as well as rooming lists and net sheets for finalization.
In addition, this role will primarily be focused on ensuring all financials of the Groups are met in a timely manner, including hotel deposits, final payments, attrition, and reduction of excess rooms are upheld in accordance with our weekly reporting.
This coordinator will work with Network Managers and consultants to ensure proper documentation is sent to OPS to remove and minimize risk on timely payments and excess rooms held that are not fulfilled. Coordinator will also be working with hotel partners to validate payments, and attrition dates adhered to.
Key Goals:
Minimize financial risk on all active Groups
Review hotel contracts and prepare Room Agreement and websites with accuracy for the sales team
Provide final rooming lists to the hotel partners upon finalization
Preparation and set up of all travel documents for Groups traveling
Monthly SMS text communication to Groups on important communication
Changes and Cancellation processes of existing Groups to support selling consultants
Maintain 24–48-hour turnaround time on all consultant requests

Ability to learn and navigate all Group platforms including new Soft Trip platform launching June 30th.
Full knowledge of all basic computer skills including Zendesk platform.
Excellent administration and organization skills
Strong understanding of the Liberty Travel Groups Sales process
Ability to work as part of a team
